Even with our physical offices being closed and staff working from home during this time, business is operating as usual. Although, with local authorities enforcing travel restrictions and restricted access to ports as a safety measure, this may temporarily limit our operations in specific affected areas.

Please be sure to contact the designated port agent in advance of any onboard service, as our team will require assistance to arrange boarding. All requests to CTSOM for unprecedented actions as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak should be directed to our team at technical@ctsom.com.

Safety Prioritized
Our primary concern is the health and safety of our colleagues, clients and their families. To ensure the wellbeing of our associates, we will be monitoring the situation closely and stay updated with new safety regulations, and recommendations to comply with relevant local authorities.
During the contract preparation process, we kindly ask all clients to notify us of the asset’s itinerary for the previous two weeks, and all crew changes taken place during this time, including their countries of origin, transit details, and destination for these crew members. We may request additional supporting documentation before confirmation of attendance. We also kindly ask clients to inform us of any crew members on board with symptoms associated with the virus. These include:

-Fever
-Sore throat
-Cough
-Shortness of breath
-Difficulty breathing

All of our team members are carefully examined before boarding; however, if a client has additional precautionary measures they would like for us to take, please advise us of them during the contract process.
